Two ways to serve with us — pick the one that fits your calling.
Groups
Partner directly with SEPE seminary alumni planting and pastoring churches on the field. Partnering with us means you choose your team size and trip length, and we help you find a project/s while handling the on-field logistics so that your group can focus on the service.
Internships
Serve longer-term alongside our seminary alumni, engaging in meaningful local church ministry while growing in faith and gaining cross-cultural experience. Every intern elects a personalized ministry or career path designed around their skills and giftings to serve the global church in the most strategic way possible.
What will you experience on your church missions trip?
Our STM trips focus on serving local churches with biblically qualified leadership which means with SEPE International, you will experience the real benefits of biblical missions.
These trips serve you and your church by providing an opportunity to grow in your relationship with God through acts of service, prayer, and worship; and beyond the work, these trips foster deeper connections within your church community and create memories that last a lifetime.
These trips also serve local churches and church plants as your investment will extend far beyond your trip. God will continue to grow His Church under the local pastoral leadership that you will serve alongside and encourage.
Engaging in community service projects
Our STM programs are committed to serving local churches led by faithful pastors because they are the ones who continue the work when groups are not there. This means that your service on the mission field is most biblical when it serves them.
Teams that come, especially year to year, are able to build long-term relationships as they collaborate with local pastors and churches, working and ministering together in their communities and helping to encourage and minister to one another as a global body of believers.
So as you serve in medical missions, giving food baskets, evangelism, construction, or conferences, you can know that the Lord will continue to edify the communities because His body is there.
Deepening your faith through worship and reflection
A key highlight for church groups is, through service and reflection, team members recognize their unique spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:4–7) and see how God can use them to proclaim the Gospel. This shared experience deepens their hunger for Scripture and instills a lasting passion to serve God back in their home churches and communities. As believers collaborate across cultures and languages, Christ remains the central focus, allowing team members to sharpen one another’s faith and build unified, cross-cultural bonds within the global Church (Galatians 3:28). These intentional connections foster lifelong relationships and shared memories that elevate your church community far beyond the trip itself.
What activities will you do on your church mission program?
We break down the activities of a church mission program into three different categories:
Outreach projects
which include evangelism, conferences, and Vacation Bible Schools.
Development projects
such as construction and workshops.
Medical brigades
which can include anything from general medicine to medical specialties.
Who can register to go on a group STM trip?
Anybody age 14 and up and approved by the leadership of the sending church can enjoy this trip.

Can I use a credit/debit card on Church missions Trips?
Yes, in many places, you can use a debit or credit card. It is recommended that you bring small denominations of bills that are not ripped or marked.
Can we use U.S. currency during Church missions Trips?
Most places accept U.S. dollars, but you will receive the host country’s money in exchange. It is recommended that you bring small denominations of bills that are not ripped or marked.
Can we do laundry during Church missions Trips?
There are washing machines on campus that are available to use free of charge while participating in our programs. Laundry detergent is also provided.
Do I need to bring towels and sheets for Church missions Trips?
No, we have towels and sheets on campus, and you will not need to worry about bringing them.
