SEPE International Internship – Maintenance Assistant

Description

We are seeking a friendly and capable Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be working with our maintenance crew helping to ensure that the facilities and grounds are kept in top condition so that the seminary students can study comfortably and so that our staff and program participants can effectively serve the community. As a key member of our organization, your contribution will be critical to our mission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify maintenance needs and report them to the supervisor.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and facilities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the organization.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of events and meetings held on the premises.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are followed, and report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks, and keep accurate records of maintenance activity.

Requirements

• Must be a professing believer. 
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 28.
