Goals – Honduras

2026 Project Goals

In 2026, our goal is to mobilize 25+ mission teams to serve across Honduras. Each of the following projects represents a specific need that a dedicated team will address. These goals are tied to real communities and ministries we are partnering with, and every project is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

We are working alongside SEPE Honduras, seven churches in Siguatepeque, and five churches that are part of our church planting program located in various parts of Honduras. Each partner has identified specific needs, ranging from construction, evangelism, and conferences. Every team sent will contribute to advancing the Gospel and strengthening the local church.

Please review the project goals listed below, reviewing the dropdowns for more info. Each one requires a dedicated team to bring it to completion by the end of 2026.

If you are interested in helping to complete one of these projects, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!

Eternal Life in Jesus Baptist Church

Medical and Evangelism

As a church committed to serving both the spiritual and physical needs of our community, we believe medical ministry is a powerful way to demonstrate the love of Christ. This project engages mission teams in three key areas of outreach:

Community Medical Clinics – providing basic healthcare services, distributing medicines, and offering compassionate care to families in need.

Health Education Workshops – teaching practical topics such as hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care, while pointing people to the hope we have in Christ.

Personal Evangelism and Prayer – sharing the Gospel with patients, praying with families, and encouraging them with the truth of God’s Word.

This program allows teams to meet urgent physical needs while also sowing eternal seeds of the Gospel.

Youth Ministry

Young people are at the heart of the future of the church. This project invites mission teams to partner in three areas of ministry to strengthen and encourage the next generation:

Youth Gatherings – leading Bible-centered discussions, games, and activities that build friendships and faith.

Leadership Development – mentoring youth leaders and encouraging them to take ownership in serving their peers.

Outreach Events – using sports, music, and creative activities as tools to connect with unbelieving youth in the community.

The goal is to help youth not only hear the Gospel but also learn how to live it out boldly among their friends and families.

Outreach

As a church, our mission is to proclaim the Gospel with clarity and compassion to those who have not yet heard. This project engages mission teams in three key outreach activities:

Door-to-Door Visits – sharing the message of Christ, praying with families, and listening to their needs.

Community Evangelism – reaching people through public gatherings, testimonies, and creative outreach methods.

Follow-Up Discipleship – connecting new contacts with the local church for continued teaching and growth in the faith.

Our prayer is that every interaction would plant seeds of truth in the hearts of those who need the hope of Christ.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Children are one of the most open and receptive groups to the message of the Gospel. This project engages mission teams in three central activities during Vacation Bible School:

Bible Lessons – presenting the truth of Scripture in simple, engaging, and memorable ways.

Crafts and Games – using fun, hands-on activities to reinforce the message and create joyful learning experiences.

Music and Worship – teaching songs of praise that help children remember and share what they’ve learned.

Through VBS, teams have the opportunity to reach children and their families, planting seeds of faith that can grow for a lifetime.
